FAQS

Refunds & Exchanges: There will be NO refunds allowed! If there is an issue on our part, only then will a refund be allowed. Due to COVID-19, exchanges are currently not being accepted!

Shipping: Orders are shipped out every Wednesday by USPS, please allow 3-5 business days of processing time. Please double check contact info and the mailing address to make sure it's correct before checkout, we are unable to change your information after it's been processed and no refunds are allowed under any circumstances. If an incorrect address has been provided, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee & we aren’t responsible for any information wrongly submitted to us! 

Tracking: Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 5-7 business days after receiving your tracking number to receive your package. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS post office. 

Pickups: We are located in North Houston, TX. All pickups must be picked up within ONE week of purchase. If they aren’t, you’ll be refunded and unable to pickup items again!
